- 3 night minimum stay for Daily Rate, 7 night minimum stay for Weekly Rate;
- $275 Reservation/Security deposit required at time of booking;
- Deposit refunded after guest departure and damage inspection passed;
- $80 required cleaning fee per rental;
- No children under 3 years of age allowed;
- Reservations held on first come first served basis;
- Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival;
- Absolutely No Smoking; No Pets (no exceptions);
- Signed Rental Agreement Required;
- We Accept Personal Check, Money Order or Credit Card (M/C, Visa or Discover).
